IDRC Longhorn Nationals
The IDRC Longhorn Nationals, held on 11/02, wasn't the biggest race on the IDRC circuit that year. But it was a must-attend event, because of all the titles and prize money that was at stake.
The hardcore drag racers that made the trek to Texas were rewarded with top-notch track conditions and good air. The crew at San Antonio Raceway run a professional facility, and they were spraying the track to the full eighth-mile between every round of qualifying.
